Jafeth's Journey

After months of doctor’s appointments and unanswered questions, Jafeth had surgery to address a growth on his pelvis. Surgery went well, but throughout his recovery he has dealt with an infection, skin graft procedure, and other unexpected obstacles.

Nevertheless, his spirits remained high as he found strength in his walk with God, and support from family, friends, and his fiancé Lori. Continue to pray for his recovery and therapy, as he finally arrived home after three months in the hospital.

Jafeth has begun therapy and is already making significant progress, even walking with a walker! He and his family were able to host a few members of each summer mission teams. This was a huge blessing and morale boost for Jafeth, the mission teams, and the entire FSM staff and board.
