As a member of a mission team with Faithful Servant Missions, I agree to: *

Go as a servant-disciple of Jesus Christ and will adopt an attitude of flexibility and support with my team members and throughout our travels.

Remember that I am an unknown Christian entering into another culture and will be watched very closely. I will respect the advice I am given concerning attire, eating and drinking, and other such cultural traditions.

Accept the leadership authority of the team leader, local pastor, and FSM staff, and abide by their decisions as they concern the mission trip.

Attend all team meetings possible, both prior to departure and during the mission trip.

Refrain from gossiping, complaining, and obscene or insensitive humor.

Abstain from the use of any illegal drugs and/or prohibited activity while on this trip, including alcohol.

I agree that in the event my conduct is considered so unsatisfactory that it jeopardizes the success of the trip, I may be asked to leave immediately at my own expense.
